This dynamic basic class is designed for students with no previous experience or those wishing to revisit the basics in a safe, enjoyable way. This intro class is a fun and gentle introduction to basic breathing principles, step-by-step verbal description and demonstration, meditation and relaxation connecting internal awareness to physical movement. 12+ basic postures which create a Sun Salutation. All taught in comfortable and interactive environment.
