She became a certified Health Coach in 2015 and began to not only help herself but to also help others with the importance of food choices, self care, spiritual growth and balance with work & family.
After struggling for a decade to heal from panic attacks, sleepless nights, trauma and PTSD, she stumbled on to the practice of Yoga Nidra aka Deep Sleep Meditation.

This was the reason she opened Compassionate Nature Studios. She now shares the practice of this powerful meditation with everyone she meets. Yoga Nidra have her back her confidence, peace of mind and her voice.

My name is JESSICA BACKMAN. I am a licensed massage therapist in the state of Arizona. I am a wife and mother of three. My family and I moved to Arizona from Sothern Oregon in December of 2017. Shortly after moving to Arizona I started the massage therapy program at Central Arizona College. I completed the program with 735 hours of education.
One of the reasons I choose to become a massage therapist was to help people. For me there is no better feeling then when you see a client experience relief from an injury or the look of pure euphoria someone can have after receiving a relaxing massage. Whether you are recovering from an injury, battling depression, suffering from a headache, preparing to have a baby, plain stressed out, or just in the mood for a relaxing massage. My goal as a massage therapist is to give my clients a rejuvenating and healing experience.
I am an avid advocate for natural health and wellness. I strongly believe in client education and its essential part in the long-term effects of massage, to promote healing and enhance the body's function. Massage is a very versatile tool for helping people become healthy and stay healthy. It's natural, non-invasive, with no side effects, when done properly, has an abundance of benefits.
My personal hobbies include spending time with my family, traveling, hiking, and growing as a person and a massage therapist.
